Issue: Year-End Aged Accounts Receivable Cleanup
Using a combination of ADHOC reports and scripting languages Paul Edwin
Long processed unitized allowances. Variable Option File (VOF) and Receivables
Policy Manager (RPM) cannot create the correct unitized allowances.
Without
this solution, the allowances could only be analyzed and posted manually,
an effort that would take months. With our automated result, we cleaned
up the receivable in record time.
Result: The client realized substantial A/R clean-up for year end, with
no impact on operations.
